I've been waiting 13 days now for someone to fix an error with my prescription, ive called at least 4 or 5 times and called the pharmacy, which has messaged them also. And I'm still waiting! Why is it that it takes 2 weeks!!!!!
If you reschedule an appointment, it effects if they will call in your meds or not. so now i just canceled cause I'm tired of having to deal with these issues. They forget or if your nurse isn't there it don't get called in. A reschedule doesn't mean someone isn't in pain, and it cause more problems than it's worth. I came there cause i was in extreme pain in my neck and I'm still in pain. its very inconsiderate and there's no empathy from them, they just want the money. Dr Hagarty is caring and seems to understand your pain,and tries to ease ur pain weather with medicine or injections. What ever works.I know he's healed me. I would recommend him to anyone.
