for one thing you never feel rushed and that makes a difference, doctors I've had in the past we're in such a hurry that I would forget to ask questions that I would kick myself for later you don't have that problem at optim healthcare. I took my 2 yrs. old child to optim to be seen by the doctor. The staff along with the doctor were so great with her. she were crying so much but when they came to take care of her she felt that they cared and she was great, she didnt want to leave. a great bunch of people

The staff is friendly and compassionate. Appointments are scheduled to avoid unnecessary waiting. The physician is knowledgeable, caring, has a good bedside manner, compassionate and is very professional. She has adjusted my medications and my health has improved. She's the best!
