RecommendedReceptionist are great. Very warm and friendly. Did not keep me waiting like others to. The nurse was very cordial and took the time to explain everything. Xray tech was very nice and professional but did not allow me to see x rays as I have done previously at many other offices. HIPA was the reason but they did give me print out but they were not definitive. Dr. Niemeier was professional. Listen to my problems. Gave me alternatives. Excellent DR. Would definitely reccommend Dr Niemeier as well as Optim for treatment.
No definitive answers! Poor customer service appointment was 0900 didn’t get seen till 0920. The receptionist at the check out with all the tattoos was very rude.
RecommendedOptim is a full service office and has the best of choices when picking your specialist. You have a choice of a doctor who specializes in the area you need care of and a surgery center as an alternative to a hospital. They also have a physical therapy department.

RecommendedI had a very good experience. The reception email me the paperwork to fill out in advance. Then I downloaded the paperwork and sent to the office. This saved a lot of time. When I arrived for my appointment. The clerk was knowledgeable and very nice. I was made to fell welcome by all the staff. The doctor was very knowledgeable. I recommend Optim Healthcare to anyone with bone orivkems
