I have had excellent experiences at Optim since a knee scope by Dr. Aaron back in January. On my one of my follow-ups about my knee, Dr. Scott Sanders could not help but notice that my right foot was black, blue, red, & purple. After x-rays, he shared with me that I had broken a bone in my foot. Remarkable experience. Dr. Kolovich was competent, caring, professional and took time to answer our questions. It helped us to be informed with our options.

I've been to Optim several times, most recently for a problem with the index finger on my left hand. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. The wait at the office was short. Dr. Gaines and his staff were very curteous and efficient. Had a shot in my hand and I can already tell a difference. I have been very pleased with the care I have gotten at Optim and would highly recommend them.
The people there are very friendly and kind. Dr. Gaines take the time to explain to me what was going with me.
I consider myself to be a difficult patient - due mainly to my multiple surgeries over several years. the doctors and professional staff have always taken time to explain and describe in detail what each procedure will entail. high marks for professionalism!
