Very straight forward and decisive about getting you the right procedures and treatment! I tore a distal bicep tendon on thursday night and optim made room for me to be seen and got a plan of action together on friday. The staff is caring and the Dr's are very honest and upfront.
One stop; saved me time and money to have a provider examine me and have X-rays on my shoulder the same day. Friendly and fast service!
Doctors and staff are most attentive and concerned for the patients welfare. They answered any and all questions I had and took their time in explaining my procedure. Love their altogether kindness!
