The whole staff is beyond friendly. I checked in online (super easy and fast) and was seen in no time once I arrived for my appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour. Madonna is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall very happy with my experience at Optim.....would recommend to anyone!
Everyone does a great job. The doctors and the PAs are the best. especially Dr Aaron and PA Henry
