Run from this practice. They don’t have their act together from scheduling to billing. If you have insurance be ready to over pay then get refunded then have bills sent via text message (in this era of text message scams and unencrypted messaging systems) and when their text goes to spam they won’t bother to call or mail anything to you. You’ll be unaware of any of this until you get turned over to their collection agency. The worst customer service ever.
Had surgery 2 weeks ago. My 6th orthopedic surgery but my first one at Optim. The Surgery itself was successful and everything else was completely unacceptable.
Dr. Palmer and Dr. Framer the best.
What can I say, it's an office building. The people are super nice.
