I had booked an appointment online for Jan. 27, 2025. However, I had not received a confirmation by email, so I called them to confirm my appointment. I'm very happy I did, because they had not received any booking for me that day. Even though it was a bit of a mix-up, I was so impressed at the way they handled this problem. Very considerate and helpful team. I was looking for contacts for an upcoming trip (specifically so I can snorkel and scuba dive) and they set me up with a thorough eye exam but also some trials of contact lenses. I hate wearing them but will for certain activities and Dr. Vroom answered all my questions about fit and use. They also were able to get me in promptly so I could get all this done before I leave for my trip. A thank you to Meg and Ashly for your help as well.
