I brought in my broken glasses I purchased elsewhere. They fixed them at no charge in 20 minutes.
They have state of the art technology used in their eye exams and their service is way above the others they have so many different options
I don’t usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves it! I visited today for an eye test, and the service was exceptional—the best in all of Kamloops. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. It was such a positive experience that I will highly recommend this place to everyone. I was on vacation when my glasses suddenly broke and I stopped by this store for help. Amaya went above and beyond, not only did he repair my glasses, but he was also incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. He genuinely cared about helping me out, even though I wasn’t a regular customer. Excellent customer service. I’m so grateful for the help. Totally recommended!
The customer service is second to none. I have a pair of vintage Roberto Cavalli sunglasses I can't bear to part with. They have replaced the lenses when other eyecare shops would not, have replaced pins on them, and even recently replaced my nose pads as well. I dealt with Rane this past week and she was amazing. i would highly recommend them for your eyecare needs.
