Great team! They know their stuff! Very helpful Courteous and knowledgable with their products. They were great helping us to decide on frames and getting us out of the box. We are both very happy with our final decision.
My family has been going to Optika for years and we always have the best experience. The gentleman who works there is amazing at recommending glasses for your style and face shape, and we always end up with the perfect frames (and often a pair we never would have initially selected for ourselves)!! We couldn't ask for a better and more personalized customer experience. Thank you!!
Always ready to help no matter how small or big the issue
I first reviewed Optika four years ago, writing: "I can’t imagine better service. In addition, the products are all top-of-the-line, and the staff have a great sense of style. Truly top-notch". I can now say they are even better than ever, so muck so that I look forward to dropping in and simply having my glasses adjusted and chatting. I have three pairs from Optika -- love them all!
