Had a really great experience here. My dad's glasses broke, and another shop told us it would take at least a week to fix. Came here to see if they could do anything quicker, and they fixed it on the spot right in front of us. Didn’t have to wait at all, which was amazing and really shows their experience and customer service. The staff member who helped us was super friendly and welcoming. Simply unbeatable service
I have been a client of Optics since 1985 and even though I've lived on the Central Coast since 1997, I continue to come to them for my eye checks and glasses.
Friendly and helpful
Have been getting my glasses from Optics for 40 years, they have always managed to get my difficuilt perscription with great service, tried going elsewhere a few times but always came back because the chain stores couldn't get my prescription right
