For the same type of frame, the pricing was completely different between my first and second visit. The price seems entirely dependent on the mood of the owner—there's no stable pricing. When I went in to make a purchase, the owner's attitude was particularly bad, giving off a "take it or leave it" vibe. Treating customers this way is not sustainable for business. We visited this location because of all the 5 Star positive reviews. Turns out the reviews are real and true...so many good things to say about Optical Villa. It's conveniently located near the Shoppers DrugMart in the T&T plaza, at Warden & Steeles. This is a small store, between Yunshang Noodles and Northwarden Dentistry. The physical store is small but loaded with frames and sunglasses. It's very bright, tidy and clean inside the store. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
