We are from Edmonton and in Toronto for a week. My son ripped his last contact lens and is blind without them. I called in and spoke to Gigi who listened to our dilemma and was extremely helpful. She found the correct lenses and helped my son when he got there. She was understanding, solutions-focused and friendly. I would absolutely recommend working with her at the downtown Toronto store!!
Professional and welcoming staff especially Linh. She help me to try on every glasses and gave me truly comment on what suit me the most. Highly recommend
Today, my wife and I were browsing through the store. Linh was super helpful and patient as we tried multiple eyeglasses. She offered her recommendations on different frame styles and sizes. We were very happy with the service that Linh provided and just as importantly, the glasses were great. We ended up buying three pairs! Overall, great experience!
I had a great exprience with Optical Thirty 8 yesterday, I had to say the store design excess my expectation, the store had various glasses brands for you to choose.Also, the staff here was friendly, especially Linh, she was patience and knowledgeable.
