For the most part, I've had a positive experience here. The front-staff is very friendly, and patient when it comes to helping you pick and choose frames, etc. I also like that you can order something if they don't have it at the store. The first time I went for an eye exam half a year ago, the optometrist was great. She explained to me my assessment, etc. I have never had to wear glasses, so it was interesting to understand what it meant when she referenced vision conditions.
