We’ve always had a great experience at Optical 38. The customer service is excellent, and the whole team is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We always look forward to our visits! Customer service and frame selection are 5 stars: the team is friendly and helpful, and they have a wide array of frames and brands. Unfortunately, the lenses just weren’t very good. The first lenses accidentally came without any coatings and were replaced, but still didn’t feel right. After working with my optometrist and a couple other tweaks to the prescription, my doctor deduced that the lenses were just poor quality.
