I have been coming to this store over the years. It has a great selection of eyewear to choose from. They carry top designer brands, and even have solid options from their house brand. The rep I was dealing with was named Sam. She shares great advice and was a pleasure to deal with while trying her best to support my needs. From what I see all staff were committed to helping out their customers. Will remain a repeat customer. Thanks Sam!
Excellent service especially Dickie Wong and have wide variety of choice of choices for spectacles frame and different types of lenses.
I am a long time client of Optical 38 on Sheppard and I have always received caring honest and fair service. I especially had an awesome experience working with Dickie Wong to go a little out of my comfort zone and pick some funky red glasses. Amazing service!!
