I work until 4:00pm, Optical solutions 3 times now have made it possible for me to come in at 4:20-4:30 to receive care (Getting my prescriptions updated, picking up my glasses, and repairing them!). I'm very thankful for the repair especially, as no questions were asked and nothing was needed from me. I look forward to my next eye exam and to keep coming back with my family.
My boyfriend and I came in together for an appointment and this place was great! I hadn’t been here before, he has. The staff were super friendly and very kind to us. My boyfriend had a previous eye care insurance claim that was causing a problem for us and they were very quick to get on the phone and resolve it for us. Dr. Moore was also very kind and made sure I was comfortable during the entire exam. I didn’t get her name but the lady with the blonde short curly hair was the best!
