So disappointed in this place! Went for my eye exam been going for 5 years. From the moment I signed in there were problems- the person that took me back to check my pressure etc asked why I hadn’t been there since 2022? Really? She def had an attitude I was never asked to remove my contacts to perform my tests. I talked to the Dr figure the buck stops with her - but sadly she knew the administrative staff isn’t good she also said she works 3 days a week & isn’t an owner but suggested I talk to the mgr & pointed her out sadl... read more
Ayden was very helpful and made a quick adjustments on my kids glasses. However I didn't appreciate how he made me feel as though I had to write a review for him while he sat about 2 ft away from me and watched me write it. He basically said I needed to write it before I could leave. Seems like cohersion and not a great way to force your customers into giving a review.
Everyone at the front counter were nice and patient. I really didn’t like the dr who did my exam. I’ve had the worst experience ever. He was rude and had a very slick mouth. He was literally almost yelling at me. and he also burped in front of me and the person that was there with me. He basically tried to call me a liar. And he was also rude to the person that was with me as well. He was a kinda tall fat white guy. All I kno is his name was dr. Johannessen. 0/10 don’t recommend him.
