The doctor is wonderful and the lady in optical is great. But the nurse and the receptionist are rude and not polite at all. If they do not like their jobs don’t go. But don’t take it out on the patients. No manners at all. Staff is everything and with out a great staff you lose patients. Especially the receptionist. First person people see and talk to. This receptionist is not people person at all. I have been going for years to this doctor and this is the first year I was treated so harshly.
Awesome Eye Doctor. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly staff very helpful! The young lady that helped with choosing our glasses(sorry I have gotten terrible with names) she was very helpful in putting us in just the right glasses for us!
I have used Dr Nietling many years! I love going to see him. His staff are wonderful and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable! The lady fitting your glasses also take time to help you with the decision of of glasses best for your style, face, color of skin and eyes. I have recommended him to several people!! Thanks for all your help Dr And wonderful staff!! ❤️❤️
I have never had an eye doc explain exactly what he was doing and why with each thing. Dr Nietling was very thorough which I appreciated because our eyes are precious. I am so glad I went to see him and feel 💯 that my diabetic eyes will be well cared for👍
Dr Thomas is very friendly and professional. Donna and Chad are very helpful and friendly also. The assistant is very good in testing. Everything is explained simply and in detail so you can understand what is going on.
Both my husband and I recently had our exam and purchased new glasses. Dr. Nietling is also helping me with a dry eye problem with the goal to wear contacts again. Maria is the best. She made the entire experience fun. Donna and Dr. Nietling are courteous and took excellent care of us.

I use Nietling for my eye care needs (contacts and exam) and this is the first place I have ever been where when I leave I am actually happy and have the right prescription the first time! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always do all they can to make sure your insurance is used the best possible way. I recently took my 7 year old to have his eyes checked after he was complaining he couldn’t see and as always they were super helpful and he had a great experience!
