I have been going to Optical Intuitions and Dr. Amanda Misinco for about 3 years. Amanda and Trish have always been fantastic. Three years ago I was trying to move to from glasses to contacts. A vision chain that I went to at the time was not overly helpful and we couldn’t see to get the prescription right. Amanda worked very hard and was very patient. It is said that you find out who your friends are in the darkest of times. I’ll append that by saying that you also find out who your great health care providers are during those same dark times. After a sleepless night spent in agony, I pinged Optical Intuitions on a Sunday morning asking for advice. Instead of advice, I was told to immediately report to the office for a thorough exam ON A SUNDAY and resulting treatment plan that prevented a potentially vision-damaging condition. Absolute professionalism from the moment I entered the office until I exited. Dr. Misinco and her staff were, by far, the friendliest I have had the pleasure to meet. Establishment is extremely well organized, clean and comfortable. No doubt, this will be my eye care provider for the long term.
There staff was phenomenal and Dr. Misinco was friendly and informative. She remembered me from when I took my son there, and also gave me a great update to some not quite correct information I got when my eyes were examined at a less reputable place. We are so happy we found them!!!
