Dr. Derrick has been my optometrist for almost 10 years!! The service is always the best. My sister and I usually go together and we are always able to get our appointments at the same time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. No complaints here!!
Got my eyes examined for contacts and glasses. The exam and a fresh pair of contacts cost me 10 dollars with my vision insurance thru MUSC. My insurance also pays up to 160.00 dollars towards frames. Guess who got a 160.00 pair of frames!!!!
Loved them !!! I don't have one bad thing to say. I was able to get same appts for me and my little girl. Very child friendly. Also the tech was able to suggest many frames that stayed with my plans allowable. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I got the best customer service possible. Def would recommend !!
Save your time and money. Do not use any of their offices. Extremely bad customer service and poor products. Had to take my daughters glasses back after less than a week and charged me a $90 fee to cancel my order cause I found better frames cheaper. Went to meet owner to resolve this but he didn't have time. Was told to deal with it. Please tell all your friends and family not to use any of their offices.
