Dr. Cusic was professional, honest, caring and upfront. I have been legally blind for 19 years, and told by doctors and specialists around the country that there was nothing that could be done. In less than a half hour, Dr. Cusic has me reading newsprint and able to see my wife clearly across the room. I will even be able to drive again. Thankful for the people at Optical images. I see the same faces working there every time I come in which is nice. I feel they provide the best customer service possible based on the size of their office. We've been going here a few years, the whole team is awesome and super nice.
Terrible customer service. No one returns phone calls. This is day three and I am still waiting for a call back after I left two messages during office hours when someone should have picked up the phone in the first place. Oh well, there are many more eye doctors who appreciate me as a patient.
