RecommendedAbsolutely the best personal service from the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff in Tucson. The selection of stylish frames are simply the best and without equal. The recommendations from the Emma, Pat, Chris and the rest of the crew are always on point. Absolutely love my new glasses.
Dr. Weisman, do better this New Year by stopping your staff member Emma blue haired older lady be so rude by pushing the "progressive" bi focal crap. She pushed it over and over, like 8 times! She was annoying. Who cares if she is involved with a younger Man by 10 years. She needs to sell glasses not tell personal relationship stories to customers. Overpriced frames too, they suck. Go somwhere else.
As far as sales go, avoid this place at all costs. Pricing is not set or fair. Overpriced frames and sketchy sales practices 😡
Appointment was confirmed for 06/20/2019 @ 5:30pm. The day before they called to confirm also mentioned oh can you come in earlier we had some cancellations. I said no because i work across town. Day of appointmwnt i arrive 15 minutes earlier. No one in the store acknowledged me. Finally 5:35 someone turned and said have you been helped. I replied no i have an appointment for 5:30 oh okay. Almost an hour wait due to doctor being behind. When you're on a time crunch on your day off this is unacceptable. Everyone was nice and all but my time is valuable and waiting this long is a big no-no. Came here since they had an opening but this will be the last time I come.
I love Optical Image at the Tucson mall I was able to get my eyes checked by Dr. Wiseman and once that was offer they had showed me many name brand glasses and they talk to me about 30 day payment plan payment plan that help me a lot I was able to find a pair that was in my price range......I'm so HAPPY I GOT MY Versace from Optical Image and Dr. Wiseman and his Great staff......... THANK YOU OPTICAL IMAGE
