Please read until the end and know truth: It is a shame that this review is one of utter disappointment. Optical Illusion is NOT family friendly whatsoever, with the exception of their medical technicians. Felicia was so patient with my 3 year old son who came in for his FIRST eye appointment. Dr Alvarado is great! Very personable with her patients and great with kids! Recommended the perfect products for everyone in the family!!!
First time coming here for an eye exam. I spoke to Tina on the phone she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Nicole helped me as well she was very nice and informative. Will be coming here again and totally recommend. The Doctor was extremely nice as well as all the staff.
