John is exceptional! Excellent quality and prices. He has fixed some pretty broken and crooked glasses for me many times over the years. He's so helpful. He's a genuine good person who cares Abt his customers needs. Also very good at helping pick the right glasses for my face. He also works with folks on odsp and ow, not all places do. I appreciate optical factory.
Great place! I get my glasses here and he changes the nose pads at no extra charge. He can also fix crooked glasses so they sit straight.
My one arm broke right off my glasses and I require my glasses to see to do my job he fixed them in 5 minutes and wouldn’t take any money . Amazing small business
