The doctor refuses to confirm my contact prescription to 1800 contacts just because I buy them online with a student discount instead of their overpriced store. So childish and desperate lol.
I went there for a pair of glasses. The first thing they ask when you walk in is whether or not you have insurance. They jack the price of the frames and lenses up to get more money from insurance. Notice there is no price listed on the frames. They quoted me without insurance. Then I told them my insurance company provided discounts. Suddenly they said they didn’t take my plan and could not give me the discounts on the original quote. (they in fact do participate with my plan). But they could offer AAA discounts. I went with my 3 kids and I loved the fact that the staff and doctor were very nice and very helpful. We were there for less than an hour and that had me impressed because where I used to go would take way longer. I was even more impressed by how I got the call the very next day for pick up!!! I definitely recommend this place for eye exam and glasses ���
