RecommendedI cant say enough good things about this place! We wanted to try a new place to get my son's glasses. The staff were kind and courteous. My son eventually picked out a pair of glasses, and they said we would have them by next week. We got them today, the day after we ordered them! never gonna use a different optical center again!
They could start by treating the staff nice. The girls that work there are treated like crap. They aren't allowed to take a break. Some days they aren't allowed to take lunch. While the doctor is with a patient, they sneak food, if they need to eat. One review left here from a Johnathon, he works there. And the dr's will talk to the girls nastily for no reason. All they want is money and for you to get out the door.

The worst place in Stroudsburg to get glasses. They are always messed up.
Worst place ever. Will not disclose my daughters P.D. that they used to make the glasses because they know they messed up and that would be proof they messed up. I have had nothing but problems since I started here. Will be looking for a new eye dr in Monroe county.
This place is the worst. It’s highway robbery for the frames. They rip you off with the protection plan. They say 50/50 but I just paid them the same price as I would directly from the company without 50/50
Very bad customer service ty sucks. He needs to find a new job. He is NOT AN ASSET TO THIS COMPANY. Neither is the manager
