Awesome customer service. I called to see if they accepted my insurance and I ended up doing the whole transaction over the phone. Stephanie was very efficient and provided awesome service. I got a text message the day after I put in my order that my contacts were ready for pick up. I usually have to wait a week at other places so I was very pleased at how fast everything turned out. My family and I will be getting our contacts here from now on!
My son broke his glasses, and we had purchased them at this vision center. Problem was we now live in Michigan. I called the store and spoke with Cliff who was one of the most helpful people I've ever dealt with! He spoke with his partners and came up with a great solution that was beyond excellent customer service. Thank you, Cliff!! I miss Texas and my HEB!!
