Best optometry office in Santa Ana!
Call me old fashion, but if a business answers the phone: 'hello' and not the name of the business, it makes me question their competency. I called the first time and was taken aback, then embarrassed having to ask if this was the business, confirmed and then proceeded with the phone call thinking maybe it was a one off. Needed to call back later and same lady, same 'hello'. Really don't get it- if this is a business, then act like I'm not calling someone's home. I'd hope the treatment would not reflect the lack of knowledge... read more
