Receptionist ( short reddish hair ) disrespectful sarcastically advising me of other patients in front of others. Privacy 0/10. Appointment moved without notice when I called the same day to confirm appointment and the day before.
Went there for an eye exam due to insurance change, didn’t see an optometrist once for it, but I got my prescription, fine. Moved away a year later. They can’t send digital copy of my prescription, Optical Reflections on Alton Gloor is much more accommodating. It’s 2026, they’re just being greedy.
Great service and friendly staff. Visit was quick and smooth. I was out within 45 minutes. Highly recommend!
