I’ve been more than patient with Optic Nerve. I ordered 3 designer frames/glasses/sunglasses in AUGUST 2018 and my order has YET been satisfied as of APRIL 28th 2019. Every time I’ve called the location I always have to leave a voicemail message for contact. I’ve been a customer with Optic Nerve for more than 5 years. Today was my second visit with Optic Nerve. I've seen Dr. Talbot and Dr. Needer and let me say they have been AWESOME. I received a cornea transplant when I was 12 years old and over the years I have felt that due to my age Doctors did not value my opinion about my eye sight. Both appointments with both doctors I felt like they listened extremely well and made adjustments based on my everyday needs. Plus service is great. I found a pair of Ernest Hemingway frames at Optic Nerve and Chris, the manager, quoted me $250 for the frames and lenses (which, by the way, I found for $39 online). Returned the same day and spoke to Audrey, she quoted me $200. Why the price difference? Audrey was going to order me the frames in a different color and told me they would arrive in a few days.
