Glad to report I still have sight. Check-in was easy, and the staff helped me sort out my new insurance before the exams. I opted for the $30 snapshot of the back of my eye, and Dr. Hahn said it looks incredible. Theresa helped me pick new frames. I went through Gucci, Tom Ford, and Spy, and settled on the Tom Fords this time. They're light with a matte blue finish that looks great. Nice welcome when walking in. Both ladies at front counter were all smiles. My testing with techs (one in training!) went well. Dr Hahn was very enthusiastic - she must love her job. And the tech who helps with actually looking for eye glasses was helping me look for the “perfect” pair. Very nice group of people
You get the vibe that kids aren't welcome here even though my kids are well behaved and this is so called "family eye care" office. Please don't work in a clinic that caters to kids if you make it obvious that you don't like them.
