This place is GREAT! Every single employee was courteous, well trained and efficient. They all had great attitudes and answered all my questions. I have VERY high standards in the field of medical care and they surpasses all expectations. Highly recommend this company!
Do not waste your time. I have been wearing glasses most of my life, and never have I felt like the optometrist had much better things to do than an eye exam. She seemed very rushed and flustered as if there were 50 patients waiting for her. There wasn’t. Normally, the assistants ask you want style and type of frames you are looking for. Frustrating experience, worn glasses for over 30 years and the optometrist spent 10 mins talking over me not listening to my concern for them prescribing me computer glasses that only focus at around 13 inches away from my eyes. Prescription is worthless, glasses are worthless, love being ignored.
Highly recommended. They were very professional, and cared about what my concerns were. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere and I didn’t feel rushed like I was at other places. I was even given the time to FaceTime my daughter to help me pick out new frames. These guys are great!
Everyone there is so helpful and kind. It's always nice to go and it's really clean.
