Dr. Chen is absolutely, by far, the most professional, and thorough eye specialist I have ever encountered. Discovery in past of improper prescriptions, diagnosed by her, I would not trust my vision to anyone else. The staff at Optic gallery Boca Park is a collection of people who take your vision and your care very seriously.
I had a previous review to which I was a bit disappointed, however the manager Trudy got ahold of me and totally rectified the matter , as a matter of fact Trudy went above and beyond. Optic Gallery was amazing! Everyone was helpful and professional. Would recommend to anyone!
I had a great experience at Optic Gallery. The staff was welcoming, the office was clean, and the appt ran smoothly. The dr took time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. They also had a nice selection of glasses to choose from. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend them!
Not a very friendly place this office have really went downhill over the year or 2 ..I am done.
