I had a positive experience at optic gallery, Horizon Ridge. The staff were friendly, professional, and very patient , very knowledgeable during my eye exam. The optometrist explained everything clearly and helped me understand my vision needs. They had a wide selection of frames at reasonable prices, and the staff helped me choose a pair that fit perfectly. My glasses were ready on time, and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for reliable and caring eye care!
Dr Alvarez has been so helpful with my chronic dry eye issues. She is wonderful and her staff is great!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend Dr Anna Valdez at the Horizon Ridge location. In my opinion I had a terrible experience and in my opinion I felt rushed and was not comfortable with the care.
