I have always had a good experience there but I have to say, Dr Eusebio has become my favorite Dr. He is so friendly and really asked a lot of questions regarding my health, explained how certain conditions can arise from my health issues, and what to do to prevent it. Was promised my new glasses would arrive in 7-10 days. It’s been 3 weeks now and still no glasses. I had to keep calling to follow up when it should have been the other way around, where they should of called the client informing them of any delay. Every time I did call they gave me another excuse and told me to wait more.....unacceptable! Asked for the order to be cancelled and refund given and then was told that would be a delay until the doctor approved the refund. Not good business practice.
Amazing customer service!!! Always fast and caring.
