Very nice employees and doctor
RecommendedI just moved here in September and one of my co-workers recommended Opti-mart. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Dr. Day was very professional and informative. I had my new glasses sent to my home through the mail, and they arrived sooner than I expected, on top of that my new glasses look great, and didn't need any adjustments. Oh, and by the way, I love Dr. Day's accent.

HORRIBLE!!!! They simply do NOT answer the phone! I’ve been waiting in contacts for 2 weeks. I’ve called more than 20 times and left several messages. I even called the Inverness location and spoke with Nicole who called the back lines between stores, she spoke with the lady at the Crystal River location and advised me I’d get a call right back, here it is 1 hour later still NO CALL AND NO ANSWER!!!!! This is simply unacceptable
RecommendedAfter going to 3 other optical stores that participated with my insurance, I was very pleased to find Opti-mart to be the best place to deal with. They are friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. I will only deal with them in the future, I have recommended them to my family and friends.

Recommendedthe staff at optimart are very friendly and knowledgeable. they make choosing frames and lenses an easy task. especially with all the different choices available. they have an uncanny ability to take a look at your facial features and can go pull a pair of frames off a wall of many and they tur. out to be the perfect frames that look great.
