This was my third annual visit to the Crystal River Optimart. Previously I've been very happy with their service. For the past two years I saw Dr Clough who was a consummate professional. Yesterday March 19 I was seen by the "new" Dr. Paul Day. He was rude arrogant and condescending. I have a medical condition and it was obvious that he was very judgemental without knowing the first thing about me. Great place to get glasses! Good price as well! The ladies in the office are so lovely the make it very personal! Have a very great selection of glasses too
