I had a test done at Ophthalmology, 60 Murray St. on July 14. Everything went fine at the clinic, waiting time was about 10-15 min. Except that about a month later I found out they never sent the test result to my ophthalmologist. Although, I was assured that following week on Monday my ophthalmologist will receive the result. If you want to be sure that things are done in this healthcare system you have to take things to your own hands.
Total chaos and not functional at best. This place need a total staff cleanup and fresh communication staff, as well as proper and meaningful website to aid people and not advertise themselves. When a simple question requies 2-3 days to answer. And waiting in a room for 3-4 hours seems to be a norm. This is the year 2020.

If this is the same clinic as at 60 Murray st Toronto, then the reception staff, the lady with blond hair is rude, insensitive , and discourteous.
