Disgusting customer service, I was ignored when I was the only one in the store while standing right at the counter for a full 20 mins. The person ignored me while sitting behind the counter laughing at her ipad. When I finally got help from her, she then broke my glasses while 'trying to fix them' even though I insisted if she couldn't fix them it is fine because I understand it is not a pair from OPSM. When she broke them, she then denied it was her fault and said it was because my frame was old and cheaply made.
When I called to change my appointment, the receptionist couldn’t find my appointment at first and assumed I must have called the wrong number, saying in a condescending tone “this is opsm, who are you calling” after she finally found my appointment she refused to change it for me and basically told me off for not being able to make my appointment. I would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased 2 frames for my little boy a little over 3 months ago. They are full of scratches. I asked that they replace the lenses as they are supposed to be scratch resistant. The manager said no and to replace them we will need to pay another $180. There is no customer service, there is no respect for Australian consumer laws. Save your money and go to another Optimetrist.
Always friendly professional service. Have been coming here for a few years now. Andrew was knowledgeable & very helpful with my lenses.
