Worst pediatric appointment I I have ever been to! I tried to be very respectful of the old sir who was checking my daughters for a follow up appointment after a car accident that we were in. Took my daughter to pediatrics and the MA was super rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was Perla. She called us to come in early and made us wait over 30 min because she was chilling on her phone!! Then, when she decided to call us in, she was dragging her feet and talking on the phone with the phone on her ear the whole time!!! What kind of costumer service is this?
