I've rented from ****** L for almost a year now and I have been a satisfied tenant thus far. My A/C needed to be replaced at the start of the summer and she did what she could to make sure it was fixed in a timely matter with a genuine concern of me and *************** considering the heat wave that was fast approaching. I believe ****** is sincere in wanting to give people an opportunity to make a home and I will forever be grateful for the one she offered me.
This has been the most traumatic and awful experience as a renter. I work in the housing field and ****** has by far been the worst landlord Ive ever worked with. She failed to do her job as a property manager/owner. Maintence tickets took months to be fixed. She even rented to us with an expired rental certificate. She has entered our home without proper notice and completely violated our privacy. She has terrible communication skills and we have been ignored for weeks at a time. Brenda L**** is a terrible person to rent from; she was behind on sending in maintenance to fix the broken washer (which had stagnant water for like a month) and dryer in the laundry room and I told her a couple of times that there were cockroaches in my apartment and she didn’t do anything about it, plus she came into my apartment one time without my permission with no valid reason while I was there, I would not rent from her.

According to the date this was submitted June 22, 2021. This is a false allegation against me and Opportunity Realty LLC. This person Trina R********* does rent or live in any properties with Opportunity Realty LLC.
Brenda ****** took almost a month to reply to me when I was inquiring about a rental. She said tours would be given tomorrow of the place. I called, and she didn’t answer. She texted me hours later saying someone else rented it out. How is that even possible if tours weren’t given till the next day? Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend Opportunity Realty LLC to anyone.

Johanna H******* had called left one voice message prior to the scheduled time I was planning on showing the property. I responded to everyone that was planning on looking at the property that it has been rented. It’s unfortunate that Johanna H******* doesn’t understand we work on fist come first bases and at time renters that live in another state or live many hours away and can’t view the unit before putting down a security deposit and will rent a property without viewing it first in order to secure housing.
