Fast and quick service, happy staff, good change by the management
I've given oportos shellharbour a few chances now thinking the rubbery chicken in the burgers is a one off but it's been consistently bad, won't be going there again. I don't know if it's freezer burn or just poor quality chicken but either way it's horrible. Definitely steer clear.
