Nestled in an unassuming strip mall on Houston's busy Richmond Avenue, Oporto Food and Wine Bar's modest surroundings belie an incredible culinary experience. Since 2006 owner and chef Richard Di Virgilio has introduced patrons to his childhood Portuguese cuisine through innovative tapas dishes at night and more substantial offerings at lunch time.
