The only reason they get a 2 is because Dr Abbas is great. The office is a joke. They never call back and bill for copay that have already been paid! I get a bill in the mail saying I owed 25 copay from April 2024. No. I paid that at time of service. I call the number listed for billing and that is another company. I was told call the office to speak to an account manager. I called at least 6 times. Not once have they answered so I leave messages. Guess what? They NEVER return my call. This place is wonderful from my first call Make an appointment Seema Raza was very accommodating; then the extensive examination was very comfortable, even though there was a lot to it. Then Dr Asad Abbas was very careful of anything that might invade my space that’s important to me and I always enjoy being treated carefully. Then Dr Abbas‘s surgery coordinator (Amie) Could not have been better. She took several calls from me in addition to doing all the paperwork and has just held my hand all the way through this. Do not go here unless you have all day to waste and prescription not to be given correctly. They book appointments that the dr does not have time for and can't follow up with the pharmacy to get the prescription corrected.
Dr. Abbas has treated me for years. As far as experience and treatment he is second to none. Unfortunately with quality comes a bigger client base. There comes a point when everyone, including doctors should know their limitations. The last 2 times here it has taken over 3 1/2 hours. They will blow your phone up with reminders and texts about your appointments and letting you know you will be charged if you now show. They have NO respect for the patient’s time and needs.
