Update on this. I have since been contacted after 3 months by admin and said they have corrected the error. Recently this facility was taken from Opthalmology Associates Of Western New York, PC by OCLI and suddenly they slapped me with a $210 bill. After 5 years they changed my billing code to insurance to testing vision instead of the retinal check up I used to go there for. I called to correct it back, said will ask doctor to check, and I had to call up multiple times. Hope this is fixed and I won't get another bill.
I’ve been there three times and each time I had to wait over an hour to see anyone. Today they called me to move up my appointment twice. After rearranging my clients I showed up ant the earlier time and I still had to wait almost an hour to be called. The front staff is very nice but I won’t be back.

I've been going to Dr. Niles at Ophthalmology Associates of Western New York for years. He's an excellent Dr. Always takes the time to answer your question and concerns. However the scheduling practice is very very poor. My appointment this morning was at 745am. Office was not open when I arrived. Opened 10 minutes before my appointment. Another patient was schedule for the same time, 745am. Who does that! Two.five hours later I walk out of the office. I lost 3 hours of my wages. Time to find another Dr.
