Dr Charles Niles, MD is a wonderful doctor (9.5/10). Unfortunately, since the sale to OCLI this has become a terrible practice for patients. There does not seem to be any way to communicate with people actually in the office, except to walk in. The patient portal is dysfunctional. Phone calls are directed to off site call centers, and the people who answer will tell you that they will email people in the office, but they can't promise any results.

Show up for my appointment and was told the appointment was canceled. No one ever reached out to me. They rescheduled for a week later and now i am sitting at the waiting room for close to 3 hours to see the doctor

Arrived 15 minutes early for appointment and waited an hour. I went up to ask if I could just reschedule since it was really busy but was told to sit down and just wait. Others sitting there were waiting for 3+ hours. I understand that it is busy, but I wasn’t given any estimate wait time. Normally the staff are polite but today they were extremely unprofessional and rude.

Had appointment for 1:45pm. Arrived at 1:20pm, sign waiting list to be called in to register. At 2:45pm check to see if I was inadvertently over looked due to clients coming in after me and getting called up to register before me. Was told it was because of others having different doctors. Always thought checking people in was first come first served. Finally got called up at 3pm to check me in. Called back for field test at 3:15pm. Problem seems to be front desk staff

When I saw a sign on the door that current patients should expect their appointment to take from 2-3 hours. I thought it was a mistake or perhaps that was for walk-in patients. I was never given a heads up to plan for 2-3 hours when I received the reminder call 48 hours prior to my appointment. I signed in and was told to be seated. I waited 45 minutes just to get checked in. I waited another 45 minutes to see the preliminary technician. 30 minutes for that. Then waited another 30 minutes to see the doctor. Another 30 minute... read more
