Had good experience, no wait time, staff very polite.
My wife just had her yearly exam at this location. We have 2 issues with this medical facility. First, it is very uncaring, irresponsible, and negligent that an elderly patient in a wheelchair cannot open the door and access this facility. You have to get someone to hold the door open for you. You should not have to wait for someone to do this. They don't want to spend the profits they make to install automatic door openers as do almost all other medical facilities. This is absurd! I have never disappointed by the good care that all the staff gives to me when I am there at times it takes longer than I’m prepared for with regard to wait time, but I make sure that I am not scheduling other appointments afterward and a big thank you to Dr Charles Niles for all his years of good care so that I have kept my vision!
I had a 2pm appointment. Arrived at 1:45 and was checked in. At 3 I was still sitting there with patients who came in at 1pm. The staff are incredibly rude and the office smelled like a nursing home. I had been a patient for years and am disgusted! I will never go back and am telling anyone that listens to stay away from OCLI!
I have been trying to see Dr. Niles for over 2 months; in that time the office made 4 appointments for me and every one was cancelled. One appointment was changed to a different time and date but no one communicated this to me until I arrived at their office. This is unacceptable and without respect for their patients. I have been very happy with Dr. Niles, (I have been seeing him for years), but it’s time to find a new doctor.
