Waiting for over one hour for an appointment is NOT acceptable. I was on my lunch hour and missed an important meeting. Every time I’ve been here it’s been bad. I will be switching businesses for this reason. I don’t care how good the doctors are.
Scary place
This place is severely understaffed. I give the workers the benefit of the doubt for that. However they left my mother who has a broken leg in a room waiting for a doctor for over 2 hours.
Very nasty attitudes by the staff here. Complained about an employee and they looked at with a blank look and didn’t acknowledge anything.
Very slow. We waited for over 2 hours and still haven't got called.
