I’ve been a long time patient there and recently the patient experience has gone down hill. I had a 9:30 AM appointment and was checked in by 9:20. At 10:45 AM I had still not seen a doctor. I ended up having to leave the office at 11 o’clock to make another appointment, still not having seen a doctor. There were many other people in a similar position as me. The waiting room was packed. Went in for my annual checkup that is fully covered under my health insurance. Was told my doctor retired and was being assigned a new doctor. A month later received a bill for $200+ because the doctor I saw was "out of network". Now three months later I'm still receiving the bill. I refuse to pay this as I was never told I was being assigned a doctor whose services weren't covered by insurance. Shoddy practice

Since it was bought by OCLI this business has went downhill, find a different eye specialist. There are plenty of other options.

The doctors are great, the front desk leaves much to be desired, and the practice overall has gone downhill. Last year, I was told I had to pay a $150 deposit because I had a high deductible plan - which I do, but it has a copay for doctor visits and I have a medical condition that makes eye exams covered. It took many phone calls and several months to get credit back after the claim was processed. This year, same thing but I brought the EOB from last year with me, so they adjusted it to $90 for the copay and refraction. I h... read more
