Was just told I had cataracts, told to make an appt with Dr Shultz, which I did she called the day before and cancelled Called again for a new appt. told cant be seen before May. Considering My first appt was with Dr. Siegal, Feb 7, no one took the time to tell me what happens during surgery, or ho long I can go without having it done, I have been a patient for years, I asked if I could see Dr. Ackerman, I was told no she isn’t accepting any new patients. long wait times my Appointment was an hour ago still have not seen doc.
Dr. Schultz is amazing. She just did my first cataract surgery, and I couldn’t be more happy!! Everyone at this office is very professional,very friendly, and I would highly recommend this place to everyone...,
Dr Ackerman is a truly caring and outstanding ophthalmologist. She performed 2 cataract surgeries on me this summer and the results were outstanding. I was once again able to see the “birds in the sky” and read the signs along the road. She explained at length the procedure, the possible complications, what to expect. She met with me before the surgery, after surgery, a follow up appointment the next day and again a week later. She called the night of surgery to check that all was well. These folks are truly amazing. Dr. Bakir recently performed cataract surgery on my right eye with truly remarkable results. I want to praise the Dr. for his work. He and the people at the office were easy to talk to and gave me a feeling of trust and genuine regard for what I could expect. I had cataract surgery six years ago in my left eye and it is good, then added the fact that I now have 20/15 vision in my right eye is fantastic.
