Before they changed over to OSM it was ok, now everyone that works in this place seems pissy and snappy(understaffed now?). I used them for two year but never will again due to the way Ryan conducts himself towards customers in the front reception. His Attitude stinks, if id caught him snapping at my wife like he did his feet wouldn't have touched the floor.
My grandmother is happy with the work they performed. Left and right eye cataract removal.
So far , I've had positive results. Had my 1st surgery yesterday . They called today to check on me. Excited to see what the end results will be like.
I was happy with them until three years ago I had cataract done my left eye was never the same they can't figure out why my left eye waters alot I am a little upset about that and my vision is not good have to wear glasses again. Everyday my left eye is watering I went to them alot last year and still can't find what is going on plus I owe them my copay can't work because can't stand the eye watering. Went yesterday because I have glaucoma had a check up that didn't go well so I am not happy right now.
I have been a patient since 2003 and have been treated wonderfully. The Doctors and rest of the staff are awesome. I have great resect for all and thank them for getting me in when problems have arisen especially recently with my retina detachment and spike in glaucoma problems. Thank you all very much.
