called the schenectady office to make an appointment - they were listed on my insurance provider's website. for some reason the phone rang over in the troy location. i was told that 1. they didn't know if the schenectady office took my insurance and 2. that i would have to keep trying the schenectady office to make an appointment, which seems like an exercise in futility since the schenectady # rings to troy. Dr. Zieker was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. She had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zieker so I thought I would see him about my cataracts. Well, I am so glad I did. He was so thorough and explained every detail about my surgery and made me feel very comfortable about having the proceedure. I have my 20/20 sight back. Thanks Dr. Zieker and thanks to your wonderful staff!
I'm very happy with my care and the eye doctors. Staff is kind and knowledgable. Very good service and I also got my glasses here. I would recommend.
Doctor was very helpful. My mother had cataract surgery and see clearly now. No need for glasses. Staff was all professional.
Great eye doctors. Highly professional, timely and great service. They have specialists, ophthalmologists and optometrists all under one roof. No need to go somewhere else...you can even get your eyeglasses there.
I've appreciated the doctors here. They spent time answering my questions and helping me understand my eye problem. I've seen a couple different doctors and happy with them all. The staff was kind too and I've never had to wait very long.
Be prepared to be here for over 4 hours just for an appointment. By the time u leave,it's dark and your eyes r dilated. Good luck with that.
