My favorite place to be!!! Such an empowering feeling!!! I love how all the other women cheer you on when you conquer a move!!
I have fallen in love and quickly become addicted to Ophidia. The classes are great, but the real reason I love going to Ophidia is because of the culture and the people that take classes and teach there. There's this saying, your vibe attracts your tribe and the tribe at Ophidia is definitely something you should be a part of!

I had so much fun at the twerkshop last night! The instructor was super sweet and gave clear instructions to follow. I hope there will be more classes like this soon
They are so accepting and understanding. I just resumed aerial silks there and I am so, so, so happy. I look forward to Fridays now, I get to go be at Ophidia! Thanks to all the lovely gals there for letting me get back to silks ��

I've been to a few different pole studios as I travel a lot and I have to say Ophidia is one of the best studios I've been to if not the best. There are lots of classes options and lots of different instructors, they all have their own unique style and that's awesome! Everyone is really nice and supportive and I really like the atmosphere there. I am very happy that I decided to sign up and I will keep taking classes here for as long as I stay in the area for sure! You shoud definitely give it a try, you'll love it!
