When I realized I needed to learn how to strength train and not hurt myself, I went looking for personal training and found OPEX. Opex is the place to go if you’re looking to develop a workout habit for the rest of your life. The coaches are all fantastic, and will work with you one on one to tailor fit your exercise to your goals. Best decision I ever made for my health. Highly recommend!
