I have been going to this gym for a month and I enjoy the structure of the classes where there is a coach that’s helping you with your individual goals and you’re not rushing or competing with other people to do the same activity within an hour time slot. Opex has been transformative for me over the last year. The training is science-based and personalized. The programming is constantly updated to help you achieve your goals. What has surprised me the most is how comprehensive it is. I feel like I have a trainer, a nutrition coach and a personal growth coach all in one place.
Into my second week of workouts now and loving it! The coaches are amazing. Your workouts are made up for you each day based on your abilities, accomplishments and goals. Highly recommend!
