Excellent fitness coaching and gym. You get completely personalized training as your coach plans each and every workout for you, and supervised coaching during every workout. I joined OPEX after tearing my labrum and rotator cuff. I had completed months of PT, but my overall fitness had stalled out, as had my shoulder recovery.
