The incompetence in this place is alarming from the front desk to the Dr's. All the way around
I just had a total hip replacement there got there at 530 am I was out by lunch every person there were so respectful I was scared to death and they joked around with me till I was so comfortable they made the whole experience sooooo much better I thank them all
Awful. Scripts are never filled when needed or taken seriously when refilled. No communication must go on in this office either. Front staff is always rude when you call, making it impossible to get things taken care of, or even wanting to call. 2024 Nurse gave my daughter the wrong hpv vaccine (nothing can be done due to no reaction). Had the wrong name on the viles when taking blood, didn’t ask DOB or name prior, had to stop her and say that wasn’t me.
