I brought my German shepherd in 6 weeks ago to be spayed. I was very nervous as I had never used a low-cost clinic before. Setting up the appointment was easy on-line. The drop-off and pick-up was incredibly well-organized and efficient. The staff were friendly and made me feel confident that I was leaving her in good hands. I took my kitten to get spayed today and did not request an ear tip. When asked if she was a stray, I clearly stated "No." I bring my kitten home to find that her ear has been tipped, without my consent and without me being informed. An ear tip is not even mentioned on the list of services provided I was sent home with. It seems as though it was done in error and then no one attempted to communicate with me about this. I have used Spay Bay 3 different times to spay my personal cats and stray cats. They are awesome in dealing with the public and sincerely care for all the animals. True professionals and I will definitely use them again!
