RecommendedCompletely professional staff. I got Teeny's surgery done at less than 1/4 the cost at all the veterinary clinics around. Only draw back is waiting time in line. But $350.00 vs $80.00 worth the wait!
For the past 5 months I have been dealing with a very sweet female stray cat that brought her 4 babies to live under my deck. The neighbor was feeding her leading me to believe it was their cat. I would see her on my property never realizing she was actually a pregnant stray. After much angst, work & some money, I was able to re-home the kittens. We recently adopted a very special kitty that my little girl literally prayed for for an entire year. Since he was adopted from a local rescue we had to take him to Spay Bay because the rescue covered the cost. Let me just say the staff/techs were all very friendly and showed compassion for the animals. Steffany and Kaylee took extra time trying to “make things right” and offered comfort in explaining. LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Cannot say how they have saved me and my animals over the years, this is the best place in town. The staff are courteous, patient and most of all loving on our animals. I live in Texas now and miss my Operation Spay Bay peeps! Their prices cannot be beat, yes, you have to wait in line and there is always a crowd, that means their system works, make sure you read the paperwork so you know what you are getting, don't just see cheap prices and them complain it's not what you wanted. I’ve tried calling and leaving a message but no response. Yesterday I brought in my kitten to be spayed. I made her appointment online and when I dropped her off and paid yesterday it was much more cheaper than I was expecting. I even called a worker back to my car to ask why it was so cheap and was STILL not informed that they listed my baby as a stray and have now mutilated one of her ears! I don't recommend them for teeth cleaning on small dogs especially chihuahuas...my mom and I brought ours in and with my little one they pulled all her teeth out without calling me and telling me what what they were going to do and with my mom's Chihuahua they pulled 12 t without calling her and telling her what they were going to do we had already went to the vet and we were aware that they only needed teeth cleaning for one dog and the other dog only need one tooth pulled I do not trust this place when it comes to teeth cl... read more

I am very sorry you are upset. We do not call to let anyone know what is being pulled it is on our dental agreement form you signed. Once the pet is under anesthesia specially with older pets it it critically to keep working without having them under anesthesia for prolong time. Our veterinarian will take the best interest for your pet and will not pull unnecessary teeth. Let me start by saying how wonderful the staff and service is at this location. I have been battling stray cats from our neighborhood for 2 years and this summer we watched 2 females have 2 litters. We were in distress and finally bought a trap to have them fixed. we had 2 females trapped and an appointment set at a different place. This mornings event of another place that was not as accommodating and tries to over charge so this resorted to a stop by Spay Bay and had the best experience!!! Thanks Again!!
